IMPORTANT NOTICE UNDER THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT

This document sets forth the full terms of the written warranty for consumer products sold in the United States. It is a Limited Warranty as defined by federal law.

2. Products Covered
This Limited Warranty covers new, genuine consumer products purchased from an authorized seller and delivered within the United States.
3. Warranty Period
One (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
4. What This Warranty Covers
Defects in materials and workmanship of the covered product under normal, intended household use during the Warranty Period.
5. What Will Be Done

At no charge to the consumer, the warrantor will at its option:

Provide replacement parts or assistance with purchasing parts;

Replace the product with a new product of the same or greater value (if the original is unavailable or discontinued);

Refund the actual purchase price of the product upon authorized return (deductions may apply for discounts, installation, or third-party fees).

Any replaced product or part becomes the property of the warrantor.

Repairs and replacements are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

Unless required otherwise by law, shipping costs to and from the service center are the consumer’s responsibility.
6. How to Obtain Warranty Service
(a) Contact the warrantor or the seller with proof of purchase, order details, product model, a description of the issue, and supporting media (photos/videos if available).
(b) Follow troubleshooting and return instructions.
(c) If authorized, an RMA will be issued with return instructions. Unless required by law, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. If a prepaid label is provided, its cost may be deducted from refunds.
(d) Remove personal data, accessories, and non-original items before return.
7. Consumer Responsibilities

Provide proof of purchase from an authorized source.

Use and maintain the product in accordance with the user manual.

Follow all return and RMA requirements.

Provide adequate protective packaging. Packaging costs are not covered.

Cover all shipping costs unless required otherwise by law.
8. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
(a) Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation/storage, liquid/chemical exposure, abrasives, abnormal environments, or unauthorized modifications.
(b) Use with non-recommended parts, accessories, or power sources.
(c) Commercial or rental use if the product is intended solely for consumer use.
(d) Ordinary wear and tear and consumables (including but not limited to buckets, blades, tracks, and tires).
(e) Cosmetic or surface damage that does not affect function (scratches, dents, corrosion).
(f) External/environmental causes such as fire, flood, windstorm, theft, or natural disasters.
(g) Products with missing/altered serial numbers, stolen products, or products not purchased/delivered in the U.S.
(h) Third-party software or services.
9. No Tie-In Sales Requirement
Use of non-original parts or services does not void this warranty. However, damage directly caused by such items is not covered. Original parts may be required only when provided free of charge.
10. Implied Warranties
Implied warranties are not disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, the duration of all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) is limited to the Warranty Period. Some states do not allow limitations, so this may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Remedies
To the extent permitted by law, liability does not extend to incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply.
12. State Law Rights
This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
13. Dispute Resolution Options
Consumers are not required to use arbitration or informal dispute settlement to enforce rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act unless a compliant program is provided. No arbitration is required to obtain warranty performance.
14. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable, unless required by applicable law.
15. Pre-Sale Availability
The full text of this warranty will be made available prior to sale and may also be published online by the seller.
16. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by U.S. federal law and by the laws of the state where the product is delivered.
17. Effective Date
This Limited Warranty applies to purchases made on or after the Effective Date listed above.
